CANCELLATION POLICY – This reservation is non-refundable! We strongly encourage guests to purchase third party travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected circumstances.
Exceptions to this policy will only be considered due to government mandated restrictions, such as travel restrictions or road closures with no alternatives. Increment weather or personal health concerns are not a valid reason for cancellation.
Your one-night deposit is non-refundable.
Your second and final deposits are refundable upon re-booking your unit.
Our customers are very important to us and we want you to know that we will do everything possible to re-book your unit to a new guest. Your suite will move to the top of our rotation schedule. Additionally, a partial refund will be issued should only some of the dates be re-booked.
Payment Policy
- A non-refundable reservation fee equal to one night plus tax will be required to confirm your booking.
- Second non-refundable payment – 50% of the balance payable is due 60 days prior to arrival,
- Final non-refundable payment – Balance of reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
